Our team is dedicated to helping young people achieve their educational goals. We work closely with local schools, colleges, and providers of vocational training to ensure they have access to the right opportunities.
Even after young people move on from our service, we remain committed to offering ongoing advice and mentoring to help them stay on track and succeed in the future.
Our support workers are qualified professionals with backgrounds in social work, guided by experienced managers who have worked extensively in child protection and care for looked-after children.
We actively welcome both newly qualified social workers and seasoned professionals to join our team. As an organisation, we are deeply committed to investing in our staff and continuously developing an exceptional service that meets the evolving needs of the young people we support.
